ZTE Bolivia is looking for an experienced IP Network Engineer to join our team in La Paz, Bolivia!
If you have a strong background in IP networking, routing and switching technologies, and network integration, this is an opportunity to contribute your expertise to telecommunications projects.
💼 Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements:
– Support IP networking, telecommunications, and network integration projects.
– Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot routers and switches.
– Work with TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, routing and switching technologies.
– Apply routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
– Work with VLAN, QinQ, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, and QoS technologies.
– Support Carrier Ethernet, IP transport networks, and network management systems.
– Contribute to troubleshooting, maintenance, and network optimization activities.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in IP networking, telecommunications, or network integration projects.
– Strong technical knowledge of IP networking and routing protocols.
– Experience with ZTE, Huawei, or Cisco network equipment is a plus.
– Knowledge of server installation, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure is desirable.
– Intermediate English communication skills.
– CCNA, CCNP, HCIP Datacom, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
– Availability to travel and perform scheduled maintenance activities.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
